Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new video podcast called "Growth Boss". This podcast and associated videos will be uploaded on YouTube, Instagram, Tiktok, and Facebook. The host - Gerrid Smith is an 8-figure brand builder and has 18 years of experience in SEO. He will invite people to interview for the show and discuss things related to digital marketing - SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, Conversion, etc. The target audience will be marketing professionals, business owners, digital marketing agencies, service-based business, and others. The final design should communicate marketing/business growth - that by listening and tuning in to Growth Boss, the audience will be able to get some learning/education that can help their business reach the next level.

Specific instructions:
- We are open to all fonts but we used "Designer" in our preliminary mock-ups.
- We have also been using green and black as our primary colors, but are open to ideas.
- A rocket icon included in the logo is preferred. It is also better if the words are stacked like the image I will provide.
