Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for someone to build a company logo. My company is an app that connects youth athletes to professional video coaching. The app will be for hockey players to start (as a niche market). The coaches will be high level coaches. Only NHL experienced personnel will be accepted onto the app as a "coach". I am looking for a logo that is simple and expressive of the service we will be providing. As of now, I've like the logo that I've attached below (which was created on design.com) but I am not in love with it. The logo would have to be simple because I want it to look sleek on the app store.
