- Thorough Discussion of Your Medical Concern, Second Opinion and/or Review of Medical Records

- Annual Well Woman Exam $265
- Pap Smear / Cervical Cancer Screening
- Mammogram Order/Breast Cancer Screening (if applicable)
- STD Screening (Labs Not Included)

- Follow Up Visit $200
- 30 Minute Consultation with Dr. Kaur
- Follow Up for Previously Discussed Medical Concern/Issue

- Weight Loss Program (3 Months) $750
- 4 30-60 Minute Consultation Visits with Dr. Kaur
- Prescribing of FDA-Approved Weight Loss Medications (if applicable - no compounded formulas)
