Brief de Design de T-shirt

North Jersey Pride is an all-volunteer non-profit based in Maplewood, NJ, that hosts the North Jersey Pride Festival each year in June for 10,000+ LGBTQ and ally individuals and families. Every year, we offer an iconic T-shirt that helps us raise money for our programs for at-risk youth, which run year-long and are designed to help our most vulnerable youth find community and self-confidence. People are drawn to our shirts because they are bright, colorful and have a hopeful message/image/feeling.

We need a unique T-shirt design that will:

1) be clearly LGBTQ Pride related
2) appeal to a wide range of people
3) be family-friendly but not childish as it's mainly for adults
4) make people feel proud to wear it!

I am including our logo just for reference, but the design does NOT have to include the logo. Here are some *possible* ideas:
1) A super cool interpretation of the logo or typography of "North Jersey Pride"
2) art/image design that represents Pride in a unique way (as opposed to generic rainbows or unicorns)
3) something new YOU come up with!
