Brief de Web Design

It’s a small web app to collect feedback from team members. This is the general screen flow but happy for variations to it.

Users logs into application and is able to see the feedback received till date from different colleagues.

At the top right are “Request feedback”, “Respond to Feedback”.

When the user clicks on Request Feedback, there are three options.
Adhoc Feedback
Mid Year Feedback
360 Feedback

Adhoc feedback will open a screen where I can search for colleagues to request feedback from (I can select more than one). There are three pre-defined question that can I edit if needed.

Mid year feedback: same process but questions cannot be edited

360 Feedback - just redirect to another website.

Respond to Feedback - see incoming request and the ability to provide feedback to questions received.

Send Feedback: select a colleague and send adhoc feedback.

Colours to be used are white and red only. Simple design, the app will be embedded in a portal so need for headers etc. think of a mobile view but no need for logo, header bar etc

Colour Codes:
Red: #E60000
White #FFFFFF
Grey: #333333 (Only use if needed e.g. borders, background etc)
Black: #000000

Only the above colours to be used
