Hi. I'm the sponsor of this project. As we head into the final day of gathering entries, I'm sharing some context about where I am and how I'm making decisions. This is my first time using DesignCrowd. I'm impressed with the breadth and quality of designs I've received. I also appreciate that you all as artists invest your time and put your hearts "out there" when engaging in this process. For that reason, I've attempted to give my best, honest feedback with every rating and elimination. The only case where I didn't provide feedback was in narrowing down a number of 4-star ratings yesterday. In those cases, it wasn't so much that I didn't like something but rather that I simply liked other choices better. I also took the step of reverse image searching, wanting to avoid any future trademark disputes. I eliminated some designs when I saw they were very commonly used or saw a very similar design used by an existing company. The image search also showed me the quality you all provide. Regardless of how similar were the results returned from the search, I always felt like your designs were higher quality than the average logos in use. Right now I have a poll running to rate the top contenders. I'm also showing a few friends in my industry. I have some strong options to choose from and expect to move to a final choice shortly after the entry window closes. I'll also be noting favorite designers, especially those of you who iterated collaboratively with me. I expect to have future projects on DesignCrowd. Thank you for your 200+ entries.
