Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo designed for a new entity within my company. It is called "Upside Geometallurgy". A design concept for Upside Geometallurgy is attached (I am not fixed on this design idea but would like to see it made to look more on trend). This business focuses on mine to mill reconciliations in the mining industry. This involves taking large messy datasets and presenting in a way that is logical, makes sense, and reconciles. That is the reason from the blurry leading to sharp hexes.

Note that I have an existing entity in my business called Upside Metallurgy, so I would like some sort of consistency with that logo. The same font would be enough. The colours can be different.

The logo should depict the concept of progression and conversion of data.
