Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my app FerryFriend, it is an app that provides ferry schedules and more for various agencies in Washington State.

I would like to see designs that explore more abstract concepts related to ferries. The existing logo doesn't work because it features a distinctive "Washington State Ferry", and I need something that encompasses those, as well as passenger only ferries that are operated by different agencies. As such, I *probably* don't want a literal ferry in the logo, unless you can make it abstract enough to not be a specific ferry. I like the idea of incorporating water elements but want also want to steer clear of cliches (anchor or wheels). Would like to see designs that employ minimalism (simple and modern is great!)

The ideal logo will work well as an app icon, but also be flexible enough to work on t-shirts and other branding things.

Existing app features 4 different colors (dependent on season), however, these will be going away. Probably best to stick to a blue-ish palette, or more grey/neutral colors.

All of these rules could be bent for the right logo :)

I've also attached 3 images of the types of ferries that the app represents. Please note, if you do choose to include a literal ferry in the logo, it would somehow need to encompass all these different designs.
