Brief de Design de Logo

LOGO Design..
Possibly using the colors Black, White and Blue (PMS 542, or close to that color)
Easy to read, all on one line (for anything from yard real estates signs, social media post and scalable for billboard readability. Also to allow for the use of additional text and call to action lines above and below the logo. Needs to be very easy to read and convey that we are a Real Estate Company. Potentially using Blue as basic color outlined (fine line) with black on white background. But I am very open to other design ideas.
