Brief de Design de Logo

Oracle 360 is a new business that provides governance and operational efficiency consultancy and training to government. It is a small business that requires a clean, simple but professional look. The business reduces risk to government and maintains their training compliance requirements. Training products are usually tailored for each client and are online or face-face. Some colours we like are blue and grey or blue and yellow or plain black or and white. That said we are open to suggestions and ideas. The logo design should communicate experience, stability and flexibility. Prefer to have no images and needs to be able to look good on email signature. Wordmark logo would suit and maybe have the text sitting in a framed box. I have updated brief with a sample of something I like. Purple and Teal in colour but that is only an idea.
