Brief de Design de Modèle Word

We need a policy document/report template that we can disseminate to staff so all produced documents look the same, and less formatting has to be done each time a policy or report is started.
SNA applies the power of biological science, physical science, and IT to solve the most challenging mission problems encompassing Forensics, Biometrics, Weapons Technical and Identity Intelligence, CBRNE, CWMD, and Public Health initiatives. Here is a list of requirements for the document:
• Cover page
o Include full logo
o Title
o Possibly a subtitle
o Version #
o Date
o We want a common look that all policy documents will follow, and it is easy to recognize
o Some color and a unique look and feel
• Header and Footer (2nd page on)
o Both header and footer must include this language: “Confidential and Proprietary - For SNA International Internal Use Only,” so it appears at the top and bottom of the page
o The document title must be in either the header or footer
• Header (after first page)
o Include logo
• Footer (not counting title page)
o Must include date, and page X of Y
• 4 levels of headings, numbered 1, 1.1, 1.1.1, 1.1.1.1
• 4 levels of bullets with color/style
• Design for a callout box
• Design or a box containing a quote
• Two table designs
• Pages (other than the title page)
o Pages are primarily white
o Colors for accent and visual interest

Finally, our corporate font is Source Sans Pro.
The swirl pattern on our logo has no special meaning (but feel free to use it as a design element).
