Brief de Design de Logo

I have a mortgage broking business called "Loan Space". I want a logo that tells prospective clients that I can secure debt for them for a home or something larger. In my head the left side of the image depicts a house with a pitched roof and chimney, representing the traditional concept of homeownership. The logo could then either i) gradually morph into a multi-story building as it moves to the right, or ii) just position a similar styled image but of a commercial building behind the house slightly larger. I want the logo to be simple as it can be easily transferred onto cards / cars etc
The company name "Loan Space" is positioned below the symbol in a clean and legible font, ensuring easy readability across various applications. The color scheme consists of deep blues or greens for the symbol. The attached from OpenArt was a start but I need someone's help to take it further. The attached image though should be solid so remove the inner house outline if that makes sense.
