Brief de Design de Logo

I'm looking to have our current logo redesigned and have a tag line added. Not looking for anything to drastic. I would like to remove the GO from the below logo. Just go with Techmode and add the tag line above. I would also like to color 'Tech' and the swoosh f47920. I would like 'mode' color 41c5e9. Not sure about the tag line color. I also am good with changing, shortening or just replacing the swoosh with something else.
