Brief de Design de Tatouage

want a shoulder almost down to my elbow design. I want a trash polka design in colors red and black and I want it to focus on Kurt Cobain.
All the pictures included are ideas that I like. The picture of Kurt with the wings is what I especially like. I'd also like to include skull, bones. Geometry, shapes...it doesn't need it all, these are just ideas.
There can be no crosses, religious anything or profanity. I need the line, "with the lights out, it's less dangerous." The word Nirvana could be worked in too, but is not absolutely necessary
It just needs to look as authentic trash polka as possible.
