Brief de Design de Bannière

we need a 4 foot by 8 foot banner to hang on the fence of a residential townhome development in Phoenix, Arizona that identifies RBR Capital as the company behind the development/project. Also needs to include the logo, phone number, and web address. Would like to stick with the blue colors provided in the attached logo. The blues should stay the same but the letters in the logo can change to another color if necessary. Feel free to use "RBR Capital" in place of "RBR Capital Group". Looking for use of colors/design to take up space so banner is not just text with a logo.
