Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for our building company/building material supplier that specializes in energy efficient structural insulated panel construction for various types of residential building. Essentially we are a "Structural Insulated Panel" supplier that targets residential homes and other alternative building structures such as tiny homes and transportable dwellings, for the purpose of providing modern and sustainable places for living, using our innovative building methods. The logo should represent sustainability and innovation but also be minimalistic, mostly black in color but accents of blue or green in small amounts will be encouraged.
