Brief de Design de Logo

I have opened a new branch of Sente Mortgage and we're located in Dahlonega, Georgia - home of the 1st ever Gold Rush. I also have a love for Golden Retrievers and I wanted to have a Golden Retriever as part of my logo & the golden would be a play on the town's heritage. When I review the sea of mortgage company logos it seems they're all homogenized with sketches of homes and I want this logo to stand out in comparison. I am not married to any of my ideas & I look forward to what you all produce! In my mind, I'm thinking the dog would be simple but def have the shape of a golden, perhaps behind the logo if the SENTE MORTGAGE was crescent above, The Golden Team crescent below?
