Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a logo for my new business. I would like a log option for "Prospera" only and also some options for "Prospera Consulting". The business name is Prospera Consulting, but I want to really emphasize the first word, "Prospera" mostly.

I have attached a logo that I like the color pallet of, but I am not sure how it will show up in a transparency (white background format). I want clean lines. I am open to other alternatives of colours.

It must be professional, scream quality but have a touch of softness to it (due to coaching and burnout components).

The business will be doing the following: Business Consulting, Executive Coaching and Burnout Prevention
