Brief de Design de Tatouage

Position/Location:
I would like the tattoo design to cover up my lower legs from the knee down, including the knee and ankle. The top of the foot is not required unless it helps make the design look finished.
Style: Dotwork geometric patterns.
Feminine appearance is important.
Flowers or other accent elements are welcome.
Negative space design elements if possible.
Edges should have a design that flows well with the area. (Not just flat or straight across). Examples would be Draping flowers, mandalas, or contoured patterns.
Symmetry: Mirrored symmetry would be my preference, however, that may be difficult with the cover-up. If symmetry is not possible then strategically placed elements would be preferred.
Color: Black/grey. Blue is also okay.
Here are the measurements for the design:
From center of knee to center of ankle bone: 16”
Circumference of knee (straight): 14”
Circumference of knee (bent): 15.5”
Circumference of calf (thickest): 15.5”
Circumference below thickest calf muscle: 11”
Circumference of ankle: 8 1/4”
Circumference of ankle around ankle bone: 8 1/2”
Size of current design on right leg -
Length: 9”
Width (top): 4”
Width (middle): 4.5”
Width (above ankle bone): 2.75”
