Brief de Design de Logo

I am REbranding after 20 years in the Residential Real Estate Business. My initial logo was 'Keller Williams Red, black, white' .. involved polkadots .. and my business cards and sign panel were round. The slogan of 'From AROUND the WORLD .. AROUND the State .. AROUND the City .. AROUND the Corner .. Helping Find YOUR Perfect SPOT' was used. 20 years later .. I still LOVE all of those things .. AND .. am looking to ADD a BIT of ELEGANCE with some SILVER added to my existing Brand Colors .. RED should still be dominant. Having asked MANY people to describe MY Brand .. the Following words came up frequently: Compassionate, Positive, Heart, Family, Community, Grammee, Active, Experienced. I am looking for a logo that conveys THOSE feelings .. is CLASSY .. Warm and Welcoming .. and .. can Translate easily to Sign Panels, Business Cards, Email Signature and Social Profiles. Lastly, i would like 'Debbee' to be more prominent/stand out more than 'DeWitt.' Thank you SOOOOO Much!!!
