Brief de Design de T-shirt

We need a design for our AAU basketball team called "All Jersey Elite". We want gritty, a little colorful. I like the colors of The District jersey but NOT the font and I like the font of H Town. We need the color scheme to be reversible meaning you need to make a black and white version so we can flip the jerseys per game and need player number on front and back, the front can be small and back with have number and player last name. I attached an example of the jersey template that you can use as reference.
