We are seeking a company brochure design that is modern and sophisticated. The design should feature 6 pages of photography and wording.

o We refine designs, incorporating your feedback, until you're thrilled with the results.
4. Selections & Specifications:
o You choose finishes, materials, fixtures, and appliances with guidance from our design experts.
o We create detailed specifications, ensuring a clear plan for your build.
5. Budgeting & Contract:
o We provide a comprehensive cost breakdown and timeline for the project.
o Upon approval, we finalize the construction contract
6. Permitting:
o We handle all necessary architectural and engineering plans.
o We secure required permits and approvals from the relevant authorities.
7. Construction Begins:
o Site preparation, foundation laying, and framing commence.
o Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are installed.
o Interior finishes, cabinetry, and flooring are completed.
8. Walk-Throughs & Inspections:
