Brief de Design de Logo

Professional, high end/luxury, modern logo needed for "Invest in Prosperity Limited" We seek investors for large Holiday let properties in the UK, and we provide them a great return on investment. The letters property from within the word prosperity need to stand out so it shows two different meanings. Maybe you could incorporate a house design as well.
Ideally I will receive two full designs of the same logo, one for placing on a light background, and the other for a dark background. Social media and business card designs to follow.
