Brief de Design de Logo

This is a new website currently being built for holiday parks in the UK to advertise their holiday homes for sale and rent. We are looking for a logo that can also introduce an accent colour and where we have a higher proportion of female visitors who make the initial choice of what to buy and where to go on holiday.. So more of a light hearted holiday website , rather than a corporate real estate image. We also need something that is strong enough to stand out on an exhibition stand. Currently we spotted https://www.designcrowd.ca/jobs/job/3181185
which shows the connection of accommodation to using the word 'pad' for some of our more elderly website visitors! Although something injecting a little more colour would be preferable.
