Brief de Design de Logo

I'm starting a divorce coaching, co-parenting coaching, and divorce/custody mediation practice called
"Truce Resolutions". I need a new logo. I want the logo to include the symbol of the ouroboros, which is a mythical symbol of a snake eating its own tail. The Ouroboros symbolizes destruction and rebirth, the cyclical nature of life. Going through a painful divorce is like the ouroboros; it is the destruction of a marriage that leads to a
transformational rebirth if done right and with help.
There are two ideas I have that I'm considering:
1) A two-headed snake (symbolizing the divorcing spouses), see the first attachment below, and "Truce Resolutions" below the image or somehow contained within the snakes' bodies.
2) A circular one-headed snake with the words "Truce Resolutions" inside the circular body of the snake.
Please play with both concepts.
And because the snake is a bit of a scary symbol, I'd like the logo or font to soften the harsh imagery so it doesn't look too scary or gothic. But I also don't want it to look too cartoonish. It should be professional, soft, and draw your attention.
