Brief de Design de Logo

Looking to utilize our current logo and update it into a horizontal or rectangular format and incorporate our company name "TF Contracting" and the words "Water & Wastewater" below it or to the side. Also looking for a circular logo option with our TFC initials, name of company, established date (2020) using company colors. This would be similar in design to the Kiewit Construction circular logo.
This is needed to better suite company letterhead and marketing material where people may not recognize our logo but need to know our company name. We are in the construction business, performing underground utilities and are a a new upstart company since 2020. We have a work hard play hard mentality and need a logo that fits our culture and incorporates our company name in addition to the logo. Looking for something masculine and rugged.

We have a logo that is close, but not sure the layout is correct. We want to maintain our current logo colors of grey and and burnt orange. Looking for clear background to use on company letterhead and advertising.
