We need a capability statement design to attract new clients, we are a mobile heavy diesel repair business that caters to mining, quarrying and transport industries. the main focus of this 3-4 page flyer is to show new clients our main capabilities and services we can provide

Company overview:
Here at Recon Diesel, we pride ourselves on providing end to end maintenance solutions focused on safety while meeting strict deadlines. With 20 years’ experience in the earthmoving and quarrying industry concentrating on downtime, process improvement, quality control and preventative maintenance our team have the skills to carry out any project safely and on time.
Our previous experience includes planned, project and breakdown maintenance for key players in the construction industry which own and operate quarries across multiple sites with fixed crushing plants, sand washing plants and concrete plants supported by a fleet of earthmoving equipment and road transport fleet.

Main capabilities:
Field service ( Preventative maintenance and servicing. Breakdowns, Diagnose and repair electrical faults with scan tools. Hydraulic faults. screen media change outs, conveyor belt and roller changes)

Component overhauls ( Engine rebuilds, transmission and final drive rebuilds, hydraulic cylinder reseals, sand pump overhauls, crusher component changes)

Inspections( Pre purchase inspections, NHVAS inspection and reports, wear components and media inspections)

Air conditioning ( Diagnose, service and replacement of all air conditioning components including end of life reclaim and destruction)

Line boring (On site line boring including supply and install of pins and bushes)

Fabrication ( Heavy fabrication repairs, and hard facing of buckets, rippers and shredders. Fabrication and repairs to fixed plant conveyors, screens and crushers)

Process improvements ( High wear areas, bottle necks, specific gradings and upgrades)
