Brief de Design de Logo

I am acquiring a business and the current logo is quite dated, I am flexible on font, look etc, nothing is off the table. For the website I am thinking about just a black logo, so if your logo has colour other than black, please also show it just black.
I am flexible as to whether you include Aluminium Windows & Doors (smaller text under the name, this could also be just Windows).
I don't have a logo file for the existing logo, only the attached screenshot.
