I don't know if you know how these contests work, but what I can see is that you haven't posted any feedback on my design (and I submitted it a long time ago, before the first due date), and I have no further information to proceed. Therefore it is likely that I won't submit anymore, which leaves you with low design entries and in low quality.

I guess this is what support had to tell you, but you have to give your feedback (positive or negative) so we could have a hint of what you are looking for. And by feedback, I don't mean stars. Please don't leave a low star rating, it lowers our ranking :). What I mean is that you should comment on entries, give some more information, and let us know what you like and what you don't like. Only that way, you will get better quality designs.
