Brief de Design de T-shirt

We are a boutique sized commercial construction company in Melbourne Australia called Adept Construction. We build mainly restaurants, bars, commercial office space and a bit of domestic too. We need hoodies and t shirts for ourselves, our staff and of course our kids who love sporting our gear. We have a logo, we are open to changes, but will probably stick to the color theme. I'm after a bit of Wow factor, as opposed to a generic t.shirt print. I'm looking for modern and unique design. Possibly to add "established 2001" somewhere on the garment or anything else clever you think might be great to add. Traditionally we have printed and embroided on navy as it seems to stay the cleanest for longest, open to black too. For the t shirts, thinking more a trendy tee rather than a traditional polo. Happy to have printing on a sleeve too, or on the lower back, possible to one side, open to all ideas! Super excited to see what you'll come up with.
