Brief de Design de Papeterie

We are looking for someone to design a patient folder and 3 simple info sheets to go along with it.

The design should be clean and masculine with an artsy touch. I am a fan of the Da Vinci style drawings so would like the background to be a style of parchment paper. The info sheets should follow a similar style.

Please check the “Design Outline” pdf and the “Folder Design” file before getting started. The 3 info sheets are going to be placed in the pocket where “Attachment #3” will be.

- The format should be DIN A4 according to the printing details attached in the files section. Please see the ''Folder Design.jpg'' for the design of the folder.
- All the designs should be different and unique in nature but match each other.
- The text for Info Sheet #3 can be left blank.


It is probably best to take a look at the ''Design Outline'' file first to see how I envision the design to be. Please do not hesitate to ask me questions or to discuss ideas.

• Da Vinci Style design and the background on parchment paper style. It is not a must but if anyone can come up with a suitable design and colorway that would be great.
