Brief de Design de Logo

I need a square thumbnail logo for a new podcast about the energy transition. It should be clear from the visual that energy is a focus somehow. The podcast will be technology-neutral (not too renewables-focused, but instead, all-of-the-above energy solutions). It tells stories about people and places around the world at the leading edge of the energy transition. I have included 3 pictures of inspirational ideas about what I was thinking.
