Brief de Design de Logo

I have an existing logo but lost the original high resolution files. Im hoping to do the following.
1. Rebuild the original logo in both square and rectangle format and I will show you what that looks like to duplicate.
2. Come up with a creative revision that is generally the same but slightly more modern or contemporary. Not looking for any drastic changes.
