Brief de Design de Logo
We're launching a company that owns and manages rental properties across the U.S. These could be anywhere from mountains to beaches, etc. Based on this design, we will seek logos for the individual properties - all likely will have the term "Steel" in the name. So we want an idea that will be something that we can build off of and name other properties after...for example, Steel Mountain Hideaway could be our 1st property but we'll want to have some consistency off of this "parent" brand (Steel River Properties) so we want something that provides the ability to build off of.

I should say that the inspiration for this logo is Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where it is a town that has 3 major rivers intersecting at the point of the city (really 2 coming together to form a 3rd). Subtle nods to the town's colors of black and gold would be ok.
