Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a logo/mascot type figure for our rock&roll band, The Distinguished Gentlemen Of Leisure, a 2-man band from St. Paul, MN.

Included are a few stock images to give an idea of the general vibe we’re trying to capture, but we would like a much more detailed and intricate image compared to the stock image. But we’re looking for the silhouette of a gentleman with a top hat, monocles, and facial hair of some sort. We want him to remain mostly a silhouette, but be recognizably human. It can be just the head, or head and upper torso area. Feel free to use color, design does not have to be black & white only.

We would like a minimum of two musical qualities to make up the features of the face. We would like the eyes to be two separate monocles (not glasses), and resemble drums. We would like the top hat to resemble a bass guitar. These do not have to be obvious, they can be subtle features that only become apparent after a second glance, but we do want it to be noticeable upon further study.

Other features of the face may be musical in nature if you so choose, but he must have two eyes that are distinguishable as both monocles and drums, and the top hat must be distinguishable as both a top hat and a bass guitar. Others features could include a tie, facial hair (mustache, goatee, or combination) and/or smoking a pipe or cigar, all of which could also have musical features about them, at your discretion.
