Brief de Design de Logo

We are launching a new product called Liberty Pet Door. This pet door will be installed in doors, walls, windows and sliding glass doors, so it will be very versatile. The functionality of the pet door, specifically the pet door flap, allows for both large and small pets to use it, so it's great for people with a variety of dog sizes in their home, or for homes with both dogs and cats. The word Liberty captures the freedom that comes with a more versatile flap system, and freedom of choice for the customer, who might otherwise be locked into a system that isn't ideal for all their pets. The logo will be both stamped into the flap material and used across our websites, so it needs to not be overly complex. The materials are vinyl and plastic that will be stamped--the physical application of the logo into the material should be taken into consideration when designing elements of the logo, including the text. Freedom, openness, choice, happiness, flexibility are all themes that can be incorporated into the logo. Right now we want to see just a black and white logo only, no shades of grey. We will almost certainly add color to the logo later but that does not need to be part of this step (so it can be part of the thought process, certainly, but should not be in the final result). Finally, the logo is for a premium pet door product and will be priced on the higher end of pet doors on the market.
