Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company called 1438 Labs. This company is based in Vermont (14h state) and Colorado (38th State). We make a high quality, easy to use gummy base. This gummy base can be used by anyone trying to manufacture gummy candies but we expect the biggest market to be legal cannabis manufacturers. Just cook the gummy base to our specifications, add your supplemental ingredients (like cannabinoids) let it cure and then you can package for resale. Available in limitless, customizable flavors.
We would like to see designs that have a natural feeling color pallet. VT and CO are know for their nature, mountains, outdoors, lakes, rivers , etc. This gummy formula is more than just candy, it developed by chemists. Hence the "Labs" part of the name. We like the look of a badge type logo but are not married to that. Logo should be simple but eye catching. And encompass both the natural world and Science. And if there is a way to incorporate something related to gummies without making it too cartoony or corny, that would be great but is not mandatory.
