Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for our sheep farm in Tasmania, Australia called "Whitemarsh". We are a lamb (meat) grower and would like to have a smart logo that will be the brand for our front gate, uniforms (including hats, work shirts, jumpers etc), vehicles etc. We want the logo to be simple with not too much detail so when it is embroidered on shirts it won't look over crowded. Having the Farm Business Name (Whitemarsh Pastoral) and the farm location (Runnymede, Tasmania) included is essential. The business name and farm location are two separate things that can’t be put together together in the one line (preferably on top of each other, with location on the bottom). The logo has to stand out as highly professional and to not be boring. An outline of Tasmania filled with an outline of a sheep with its lamb could be an option. Once we choose the brand then we will stick with it for years, so we only have one try at getting it right. Many Thanks!
