Brief de Design de Logo

I am building a new company with vending machines to provide snacks, or drinks, or other things up and down the west coast of the USA. Our website is vendglobal.com

The company name is VendGlobal, LLC and I want the colors to be sort of a golden yellow on black. I want to sort of match the colors of the cart in the attached photo.

I was also thinking maybe the letter O in global could be earth like a globe... Maybe with a bee flying around it. I'll likely use it on a website, business cards, brochures, and embroidered on polo shirts, though not buying those on this site. I just need the logo in a few different ways... black and white, yellow on black, and full color.

I want the logo to say VendGlobal, LLC and maybe either have an earth globe with a cute bumble bee flying around it over those words, or a globe as the O instead of the letter O. I'm open to several designs.
