Brief de Design de Logo

Creation of a rental and rental management firm (yes again) hence my need for a great logo, I am launching my firm in a sector where real estate is already very present in 94, initially I I will only be present on the internet, once profitable I will consider a physical office. I want a very bright creation, at the same time serious, the yellow color is desired or a nuanced color on the yellow tone.
The logo must exude simplicity, confidence and desire
