Subject: Logo Creation Brief
We are looking for a new logo for the hotel. The idea is to have a "TOTEM" animal as a signature that will complement our current logo.
Company: Villa Cosy Hotel & Spa, a 5-star establishment in Saint-Tropez, offering 23 rooms and suites, as well as a 450 m2 villa. This establishment embodies absolute comfort, high-quality materials in a refined atmosphere. Lush yet intimate gardens, featuring palm trees, strelitzia, birds of paradise, and wood, it’s an invitation to escape.
Located in the heart of Saint-Tropez, Villa Cosy, blending tranquility, luxury, and conviviality, stands out for its intimate setting amidst lush nature, and especially for its delicate and personalized attention to each client. An exclusive place where discreet and personalized service defines our luxury.

Theme: Octopus, Luxury, Elegance
Concept:
• Octopus: Represents adaptability, versatility, and the ability to handle multiple things simultaneously.
• Luxury and Elegance: Use graphic elements and colors that evoke luxury and elegance, while remaining understated and professional. Avoid a childish visual.
Colors:
• Subdued color palette: Black, white, brown, beige, taupe, gold or orange . These colors add a touch of sophistication and luxury.
Logo Style:
• Minimalistic and Elegant: Opt for a clean design with sharp lines and fine details to reflect sophistication.
• Image: Soft, friendly, loving, caring.
Font:
• Elegant Serif: Use a serif font to add a classic and refined touch.
• Our actual font: Neuropolitical et Good times
Additional Symbols:
• Simple geometric elements: Add discreet geometric shapes to bring balance and structure to the logo.
Option 1:
• Only octopus without V&C included
Option 2: Octopus with incorporation of V&C
• Look for subtle ways to integrate the letters V and C into the octopus design, perhaps using tentacles to form the initials.
"Option" 15 years:
• To commemorate Villa Cosy's 15 years, we would like (if possible) to incorporate the number 15 into this "octopus," which will be removed at the end of the season to make room only for the Villa Cosy octopus.
• Or write 15 years under the octopus in the same typography as our logo, surrounded by 2 tentacles of the octopus, for example, or a slight addition that will be removed next year to only octopus logo for the Villa Cosy.
Tone and Atmosphere:
• Professional and Creative: The goal is to create a professional brand image while communicating the hotel's strong values.
Specifics:
• We do not want to see suction cups.
• Easily recognizable for our promotional items (bags, towels, matchboxes, lighters, etc.) and printed and digital communication materials. The idea is to incorporate this logo into our communication materials to strengthen our branding strategy.
• We prefer an octopus with oblique view.
