Hello! We need a logo designed for our property business. The business will be investing in and trading residential properties in the county of Essex, UK, particularly renovating unloved properties to a high standard. The business needs to attract homeowners looking to sell their properties off-market as well as investors looking to buy the deals we attract and/or investing in our business.

• The words 'Havers' and 'Property'. For those works to be stacked and have the word 'Havers' as much larger than 'Property'. An 'icon' in addition to the words and for that icon to be related to our business (i.e. not initials/letters). For the 'icon' to be able to be displayed on top of, or alongside the stacked words (i.e. the words are not integrated within the icon).
