We need a logo designed for an independent HR company that works with small and medium business in Atlantic Canada. We offer a full range of HR services including audit, recruitment and retention, policy and program development, organizational development (learning and development, leadership development and coaching, employee engagement, change management, etc), workforce planning, compensation and benefits, occupational health, safety and wellness, employee relations and HR systems, analytics and reporting. Our company works with small and medium business providing HR consulting, strategic planning, and services as well as resource augmentation for projects, backfills, and temporary resource needs (fractional services). We help small and medium employers on a contract basis to fulfill the full suite of HR needs. Icons or symbols that represent people or a lighthouse should be integrated in the logo.
