Brief de Design Wordpress

I am looking for someone to design (using an existing logo, color palette, and text fonts) and code a wordpress-based website for a Proposal Development consulting company. I have full copy for all site pages and suggestions for images/ graphics and a few example design templates to go from.

One note, from a color perspective - I included a mockup of a business card to highlight a color scheme that I tend to like - if you look at the back of the business card, the blend of the grey, blue, with the neon green highlight as a separator really seems to pop. Just a thought as you are designing the page.

I would like to see 2-3 potential design layouts, and I will select one to move forward with. Then, I would like the site to be coded for WordPress (I can provide a login to my wordpress site). I would like 1 opportunity to review the coded site and make any final tweaks.
