Brief de Design de Tatouage

I want to use the full-body pin-up girl as the basis for the project (the girl that is standing, with her arms tied to the pole going across her shoulders - it says "run" on the picture. Disregard the word "run.").

However, I'd like to make some changes to that girl:
1) I'd like make her a little "curvier," and perhaps add just a little more detail to her body. The photo of the girl named "Clara" is an example of a more curvier girl with a bit more detail (I understand that you can't have too much detail since this is a tattoo). Note: I do NOT want the girl listed above in the same pose as Clara - keep her in the original pose with her hands tied to the bar.

2) I'd like to change the pin-up girl's hair and face to be similar to the woman with the "Bob" short haircut - see attached pictures. Since this is a tattoo, I know it won't look like the photos, so your interpretation of her face, illustrated, is what I'd expect.

3) The pin-up girl has a small tattoo on her right arm. Remove that tattoo.

This will be a black and white Tattoo - it will be approximately 8 inches tall.
