Brief de Design de Logo

Wanting to create an online asset finance brokerage called Loan Pair. This service will pair customers with the best lenders based on the information they enter in as part of there enquiry / application.

The brand itself wants to be represented as trendy, social media enthusiasts but still keep a timeless logo approach. Prefer colors in the blue, green / teal hue or black. Would like an icon of the brand to be either built into the text itself (like cut out of a word) or outside of the text that is related to 'pairing' like a puzzle piece or play on words like a pair of pears.

I've uploaded two logos of similar companies to see styling but don't have to match etc.
