I think the yellow is too strong on the eagle heads ... its the right colour palette but diesnt look right

Thanks, the flags are too close together, perhaps reduce their size and make space between them. And the eagles are too yellow. Perhaps change the tone a bit. On tgeir neck

Sir I am actually confuse in " Xi(F)...." please explain me more

So in big letters XI which means eleven in roman numerals. And the F in brackets means fighter.
