Brief de Design de Logo

I would like different logo ideas all unique but the logo must have a house with HCS in it there are many ideas that I have that I would like to see I have three in mind.
1. The first is a house with bonny ears with the HCS word in it .
2. The second one I would like to see the house without bunny ears and HCS word in it
3. Third one is both the first and second idea but the only difference is with a( handshake hand underneath it this can be in black if it looks)
The color that I prefer it to be is baby blue and dark yellow.
I would like few of them to be exactly like my design description and few of them to be uniquely different.
The logo vibe that I'm aiming for is serious but also a little bit of fun but it can be either or that's fine too, I'll send a sketch of my logo design I want it simple like that but also better
