Brief de Design de Logo

Would like to update the attached real estate logo. I don't want it to be completely changed, but I need it to look a bit more modern and updated. Arrow design can be removed/modified.
I need the logo to work well with email, print advertising, business cards, real estate signs...
I have attached a copy of the current logo, and have also shown a version of a sign one of my brokers uses.
