Do you want the Logo text to be "GROWING YOUR LEADERS" ? Please clarify.

Not necessarily, but we would like to have Growing Your Leaders worked into the logo design, either under the logo or to the side.  Until the logo can stand on it''s own, we need to plan for it, next to the logo design.
